Bière de célébration pour la naissance de Reinheitsgebot 1. 2.0. Congrats my man! Nez de chair d'abricots sucrés à mort. En bouche les fruits sont bien présents, pas trop tart. Belle persistance de saveurs. Élégante et excellente.

Lovely break between big stouts. Tasted again after 1,5 years & it's well improved, apparently more rounded, full of apricot. Keep my initial rating.

Tørrede abrikoser, ikke så meget funk i den her flaske, en del sur, og lidt for kort finish. Men smager stadig rigtig fint!!

Very simply one of the best spontaneous fermentation beers I have ever had. Complexity and tartness w the beautiful bright apricot notes that work perfectly w the base beer. Cantillon is always good but this one may be one of their best. Delicious

Well this is in a really good place! 2 years is a really nice amount of fruit, funk and sour. Especially nice to have after barleywine! Edit: man this guy is drinking so good, I had to bump the score. This is incredible right now
