Great fruity orange nose. The beer starts deep fruity oranges, like bitter orange jam with no sugars. Hints of grain, fruits, orange peel. Fantastic sour fruity finish.

Citrus is fading, but still very strong. A bit of a bathroom cleaner edge to it.

The orange, o peel but also the bitter orange fiber comes through very strongly, perhaps overly strongly. This harshness actually exaggerates the natural lambic bitterness. I can see how lambic + sweeter juicier oranges could work, but this is not great.
