The pick of yesterday's lambics for me. Raspberry was surprisingly jammy and sweet. Finished dry and slightly peppery. Great sweet/tart balance. Thanks Luke E. and Laura C.

A GREAT way to end an evening. There is some really solid funk development that hangs out on the palate, and the raspberries are fantastic. Tartness is present but not overwhelming and yields additional cherry and lemon notes as this warms up. 4.5

Een oudje. Zo'n heerlijk volgezogen kurk. Bijzonder veel carb nog voor vijf jaar oud. Nog redelijk veel fruit ook. Blind had ik dit geen 5+ jaar gegeven.

De frambozen ‘standen mooi out’. En shinen als niet tevoren. Het zuurtje neigt naar azijn. Blijft binnen de bandbreedte. Prettig langs de huig.

Some hint of raspberry aroma. Bit of tartness together with fermented and bitter berry flavour. Continues with a sweet but balanced raspberry.

750, 8.3.18. Now that Beers Of Europe has started selling Cantillon at £25+ per 750, I’m pretty upset that I’ll not be buying this beer again unless I’m Belgium. Pity, as this is fucking glorious.

Vieillies 2 ans à la maison. Toujours aussi bon, fin de bouche boisée très douce avec des notes de miel. C’est excellent !
