Leather, bitter lemon, barn yard, dust, mineral, wood chip, tart apricot aromas, med body, vinous with smooth carb, flavours follow aromas with leaves and a little red currant.

Don’t check in much anymore. Been saving this for the birth of my first child. 6 weeks after she was born here I am drinking it. Cheers!

We’ll they tell me this lambic walks on water. I guess if you’re into sours. But…uhh…I’ll take the water it walks on thank you. Sour is not my ‘ting ‘mon…I like my funk in R n B. 😎

[dining room, screen right] Aroma is halfway between a french cider and a pinot grigio. Bright lemon and lime citrus margarita at first that fades into a funky dry pomme fruit infused flavir with a bit of crispy wheat baguettes.

Just your run of the mill Sunday dinner beverage. Way better than I remember.

Better as it breathes but not by much. Musty and almost woods like. Least fav Cantillon

Tart rotten apples, metallic and almost taste like blood. Slightly dried grapes, not raisin but dried grapes. Some portwine notes. Have to Open up. After that Alot of portwine, Woody, mildly tart, slightly Dusty and oaky. Harsh aftertaste, not so deep.
