Amazing bottle. Great barrel character. Missing a lot of the oakyness that was in the bottle I opened. Katie and I were both blown away with how much better it is than the last one. Shame that La Fruitiere poured it in dirty glasses.

Je fermes les yeux et goûte. C'est...parfait. acide, tanique, pomme, funk... ça arrête pu. Merveilleuse façon de commencer mes vacances à Bruxelles. Ça y est, j'ai goûté toute les saisonnières. Présentation impeccable, manque juste toi Zac L. .

Disigt bärnsten i färg, vitt pärligt skum. Syrligt fruktig doft, inslag av jäst. Munkänslan är krämig, len, lätt bubbel, fyllig. Smaken inleder runt med torkad frukt, äpplen, tydlig syrlighet, ekfat, någon jästighet. Elegant och fulländad!

Portvin, jordbær, litt røyk og funk. Sur, salt og litt syltetøy. Elegant og komplisert.
