Still very tart. Can’t distinguish between the sour base abs the rhubarb yet.

Niet echt zuur. Stevig houtig tussendoor. Rabarber goed aanwezig in de afdronk. (Dikwijls een probleem bij dit soort bieren). Zurige van de rabarber is evenwel perfect in evenwicht met lambiekmufheid.

Even better now, the balance of fruit and funk is amazing. Slightly low carb

Funky and delicious. Tastes much more developed than previous batches. Nice.

This doesn't smell like feet! Really lovely. Plenty of rhubarb sweetness and oil sitting on top of the funk. I like the amount of fruit here. Fair bit of vinegar too - not sure if I'm into that here or not.

Bottled: 16 June 2020. Rabarbar jest (w zapachu bardziej), skórka jest, mało kwaśne, niemocny i nawet relatywnie przyjemny ocet... Nie urywa, ale z szacunkiem. Chętnie wrócę do tego rocznika, może inne butle będą nieco lepsze.

LCI 📝 American-ish sourness, makes a bit weird, quite dry, fruity, slightly Dusty and oaky. too sour for me. Nath is just not as good in bottle as on keg.

Floral aroma, crisp acidity, dry, oaky, plenty of rhubarb and some floral flavors too. Some bitterness.

Lovely earthy sour rhubarb. Superb balance. The rhubarb fades with every sip, but the sour shines. Yummy!

Super sunday. Heerlijk stallig dit, het zoete van de rabarber met het funky zuurtje. Benieuwd wat deze na tijdje rijping doet
