Embouteillée le 16 juin 2020. Beaucoup de rhubarbe présente, quelque chose qui me rappelle la cerise de terre aussi, c'est un peu astringent et on a le côté lambic qui ajoute un funk à tout ça. Vraiment plaisante à boire cette bouteille!

Œil : orangé, col fin. Nez : rhubarbe fraîche, brett, douceur. Bouche : magnifique puissance sur la rhubarbe, acidité, léger poivré, brett bien présentes, magnifique équilibre.

Excellent vintage! Man I wish I was able to put this down for a bit longer as the funk feels like it’s going in a good direction. This guy has all the things I love about geuze. Apparently rhubarb is the secret

Gorgeous beer, so much more enjoyable than I had anticipated. Typical, velvet Cantillon body. The rhubarb provides a nice and welcome brightness to the funky Cantillon base that w/o fruit can lack a some vibrancy. I’m sure this age well. I need more!
