Som tidigare men mer balanserad kanske. Torr, brett och gröna äpplen samt päron. Citrus och litete bitterbeska. Välbalanserad syra. Riktigt fin!

Glorious. I adore this beer with 5-7 years on it, and this 6 Dec 2018 just clears that, but tastes phenomenal. Rich mouthfeel, a little green apples and funky cheese brightness, slightly sour, with a long long finish.

Had this stashed for a special occasion and I suppose that getting offered a dream job just about fits that. The beer is beautiful - crisp and lightly tart with great earthy flavours and ‘horse blanket’ funk. Love it

Tomorrow, we finalize our move out of our Oki home after 4 years. Held onto this bottle since our trip to Belgium and Germany. Looking forward to doing it again. Nothing to say about the beer except, “c’est bon!”🍻

Dec 6 2018, carb dissipated quickly, really integrated at the moment from nose to finish, nice dry finish, no pucker, wish for a bit more on the nose but otherwise delicious
