Meget funky og jord/kjellarvariant. Ditte e nok for trente ganer! Blei litt for meget for oss, i blindtest. 3F med reint bord i geuze-battle. Ikkje fæl, men den mest utprega funky på lukt og smak.

37.5. Still sharp dry and clean, funky as usual, a bit more oakey, carbonation was almost inexistant, what a pleasure to drink some lambics in Harlem!!! HH represents!! Thanks David!

Sweet apple funk slight lingering bitterness lack a bit for acidity to really pop but a very enjoyable gueze 89p

In true XMAS tradition a classic bottle of Cantillon. 2018 version tasting incredibly oaky/woody & delicate. Super complex & funky with a soft tart finish. Just delicious. Merry Xmas Y’all! 🎄😄🔥
