Still fantastic, wonderfully dry with notes of apricot and nectarine, more funk on nose than palate; have yet to run into the dreaded battery acid riddled vintage Fou ive heard about. One more vintage to go, '14, before im out of Fou Foune :(

This us packed with overripe apricot flavor. Rather mild pithy funk and a reasonable level of acidity. Surprised how it still tastes so bright after this much time

Apricot is surprisingly still dominant, both jammy fruit and skin. Such grear fruit complexity. Perfect carbonation. Sour but fairly balanced actually. A bit of rubber is the only drawback. Intense but fantastic. Nearly perfect.

My first Cantillon- good carbonation and mild barnyard funk. Not too familiar with apricots on their own, but the fruit was balanced so well with the oaky base itself. Extremely beautiful

Stelt teleur in de geur ma waw in de smaak. Smaakt naar gedroogde abrikozen, veel gebalanceerder zuur, lekkere zoetigeheid, zo intense abrikoos. Gewoon wow. Nooit gepeist

Fruitmand vol met abrikozen. Na zes jaar nog volop fruitig, zurig, zoetje en tintelend. Jaja, Fou Foune is mijn ding! 👊🏻
