Zwanze2020. Starkare än senast då den fick stryk av Aronia. God sommarfruktig lambic med en djup bakomliggande vinfunk. Tänk farmors gamla vindamejeanner i källaren. Hint av smör. Önskar mer smakamplitud.

Aroma is soft, vinous and earthy; very brett heavy, grape must, quite astringent. I could see it dividing opinion, but I like it - although I think it'll improve and round out the brettiness with a bit more age.

Fresh, easy to drink. It has some Mamouche character, but not as elderflower heavy..

Butter and some smokiness in nose, fading. Gives way to stable notes w. grapes. More grapes in taste, low acidity.
