Ali’s favorite to celebrate the 10th anniversary of buying our house. This makes 2 years in a row of being back to the Fou I remember pre-2015. Not quite as much fruit as last year, nose is straight apricot. Acidity is mostly balanced by the funk.

Very good, though I think domestic stonefruit sours are catching up as well

I had never hit a “fresh” fou so I decided it was time. I would give it more time in the future. Cheers!

Fine apricot nose, with acidity louring in the back😵‍💫. Well, not near as bad as expected. Surely, it’s tart and sour but “Clear apricot reference is, not only making it bearable, but actually quite tasty” quote Mr. Sour-hater-Madsen. Dry and crisp

4.40. Really good now. Medium sourness and juicy apricots. Still lactic acid makes it drink like Yakult

OMG. Crispy, balanced, slight bitterness and well-proportionated acidity. Great beer! Underripe berries on the finish.

Fruitiest Fou Foune I’ve ever had. Bushels of apricot, sweet and slightly tart. Just a touch of Cantillon funk lingering in the background. This one is all about the fruit! Love “fresh” Fou Foune!!

Best fresh vintage of Fou for a long time. Perfectly balanced between jammy stonefruits and acidity. Apricot, peach candy, oak, subtle funk, lemon zest.
