Had to bust this out to celebrate the end of cardiology fellowship. Authentic stone fruit that becomes more prominent as it breathes. Perfect amount of acidity. This is the peak of Cantillon for me and remains my top sour (and number 2 overall beer).

17Aug2021. Smells sooo fruity, a touch lighter of body than 2022, sweeter too. Delicious apricot.

So delicious. Up there with some of the most sour beers I've had. Full funk, oak and apricot flavor.
