Krut var det här! Röda druvor, men också hint av skalbeska och något som påminner om röda vinbär. Behöver tid och kärlek den inte kunde ges på en sådan provning som denna. Har potential att växa lver åren tror jag.

My pilgrimage is complete. A reason why they are the best in the world. A perfect mix of red wine grapes (without the tannins) and lovely, real sour beer tang. Medium body. Excellent. Truly.

Nose: tannins, brett. Palate: soft, juicy, low carbonation, clean finish

Amazing, deep red/dark red grapes flavor. Puckery, a bit acetic. Complex and vinous.

Much tastier then expected given the reviews! Young red spritzy wine. Not overly complex but no unfermented grapes like in some of these fresh blends

Dark cherry tone, sharp acidity clarity. Barn aroma, woody with a strong fruity black cherry note. Mellow tartness, huge jammy red wine grape, tannic black cherry skins. Medium bodied, ample carb, savory and jammy at the same time. Super balanced

More in your face than vin santo and menu. Nice grape, lambic blend, as expected from these guys. Finishes dry and sharply

Wow. Actually compares favorably to st Lam. Way better than I thought. 4.0

The most subtle Cantillon I've had yet. Mild tartness, great funk, and really well balanced red grape, with more fruit than the tannin.
