Ruby red with a pinkish tint. A lovely bouquet of raspberries. Poured from a tap so there was a subtle level of carbonation which added a refreshing element. A lot of Brett character that melded with the raspberries and added balance and complexity.

juicy fresh raspberries, little bit of more earthy blueberries, then a quite prominent creamy yoghurty vanilla finish! Little bit of strawberry. The funk takes a background to the fruit and vanilla but still there with an oakey farmyard sherbet vibe

Aroma is nice raspberry, taste has good mouth puckering tartness. Crisp, raspberries, light.

So good. More vanilla than i remembered. But if you let it breath it's getting really balanced. Raspberries are so nice.
