A great beer for an even better celebration. The sweetness of the berries balanced well with the tartness. Reminded me of Sang Bleu

Sunday backlog - Damn this ages well, treat in a glass, perfect balance between fruits, vanilla & woodsy funk, great pairing with one of the best Charlotte Framboise I've had 🤩👌

Beautiful aromas of cherries and vanilla, almost creamy mouthfeel and good carbonation, but surprisingly acidic for a Cantillon. Even a bit aggressive for a Cantillon.

Aged great. Super jammy mixed berry pie. Tart acidity, pie like with clearly Lambic depth. Really good.

Hopfen ist deutlich da, aber die Frucht überstrahlt natürlich einiges. Deutliche Himbeere, Heidelbeere seh ich an der Farbe.
