It’s the base model but it’s still a Cantillion. Solid sour ale. Has light malt profile w lemony notes. Mild sour tartness in the finish. Really solid wild ale. Always enjoyable. Mild and smooth. Light but decent complexity. Not bad at all.

Sour funk nose. Lively carb. Slightly acetic but not overly sour. Delicate funk and wood. Little one dimensional, slightly too full. Looking fwd to reading this after my next one in a year or two.

Muy muy rica, una gueuze sencilla y nada extrema pero perfecta para iniciarse en el mundillo lambic. Mucha madera y cuero tanto en aroma como en sabor, acidez apreciable pero moderada, y final muy seco. Es como darle un buen trago a Bruselas, un clásico.
