Med knækket prop og bøvl får vi hældt op. Kirsebær, et lille jordbær, stald, lort, skovbund og vildtgær i hele bæret. Ja, hvor smager det fantastisk, mundfølelsen er intens og vild! Elsker cantillion!

Bottled sept 2020, drinking quite nicely today. Deep dark cherry, a touch of burnt hair, fruity with mild acidity and a bit of funk development.

Intense, sour and cherry like but the sourness is domination. Beautiful hints of minerals and red fruity tones. Incredibile flavor. Layered bouquet.
