Med knækket prop og bøvl får vi hældt op. Kirsebær, et lille jordbær, stald, lort, skovbund og vildtgær i hele bæret. Ja, hvor smager det fantastisk, mundfølelsen er intens og vild! Elsker cantillion!

Bottled sept 2020, drinking quite nicely today. Deep dark cherry, a touch of burnt hair, fruity with mild acidity and a bit of funk development.

Intense, sour and cherry like but the sourness is domination. Beautiful hints of minerals and red fruity tones. Incredibile flavor. Layered bouquet.

Super malse en gebalanceerde lambiek! Kriekensmaak is niet in your face maar wel intens aanwezig. Groot verschil met voorbije versies
