What to say about this beer that hasn’t already been said? About as close to “core” range as you get with Cantillon. It should be the bench mark for everyone’s core range. The bench mark for every Kriek. Sublime

Young Belgian Christ Cherry Blood Delicate and Mischievous. Player need some shade, aging, think about what it tastes like, in real time if real life was really real and ageable.

Bottled 19 Nov 2020 = drink this fresh!! Lots of sweet cherry jamminess and marzipan- and tangy acidity with a very smooth mouthfeel overall!!!

The Kriek style can't get any better than this honestly. Mind blowing cherry presence and acidity intensity reminding me of Jolly Rancher hard candies. Slight yeasty notes. Complex and beautifully balanced mouthfeel. Vinous and lingering finish. Loved it!
