Well I thought I had the strangest cantillon with the zwanze beat, but this one takes the cake. Very unique, dry and musky. Like a char tabacco from a cigar. Balanced by a berry sweetness and slight plastic. My buddy said it best, I think I like it.

Some sulfid at initial serve, better w. higher temp. In many ways quite similar to juniper w. dry finish.

One of the weirdest lambics I’ve had. Earthy, bitter, grassy, tons of funk. Not a personal favourite.

Smells like balsamic dressing and basil. Tastes....worse. not a fan, its got a weird smoked paprika thing going on or something, I can't get my head around it.

One of the worst beers I’ve had in my life. The taste of burnt rubber and chemicals was overwhelming. I’m shocked that Cantillon would sell it. I’m appreciative of the opportunity to try this but feel obliged to leave a brutally honest review.

25 Sep 2019. Smells like a petting zoo that hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Straight up horse shit. And I mean that in the BEST way possible. Vinous grape skin and elderberry on the palate. The stuff dreams are made of. This is mf LAMBIC BABY!!! 💩

You’re goddamn right I capped the leftovers of this musty bitch to polish off when my hangover finally subsided. Carb gone (obviously) but even raunchier than I remember. Like leaving a saddle out in the rain overnight.
