In combinatie met de eend, in zoutkorst gegaard, truffels, macadamia noten, onovertroffen. Implosie van de tong tot diep in de slokdarm. Fruitigheid met een stevig edoch uiterst subtiel zuurtje. Wahnsinn.

4.25+ 轻盈的花香味,入口是明显的酸但转瞬即逝。轻微的野菌和橡木味,像是荒原上的热风。加入酵母底后,增加了圆润的甜感和野菌的风味

15 cork. Astronomical amounts of oak. Tons of funks, mild Acetic prescence (more pops up the longer its open) regular 13/15 gueze far exceeds this in quality. Drink super cold and drink fast. This declines the less carb it has and the more warm it is

4.3 rather low carbonation, mouthfeel is creamy. Lots going on.. leather, cereals, leafy and citrus notes all present in the taste. Endless aftertaste. Fun to try again.

2년짜리만 박았다면 괴즈..인가...? 람빅아닌가? 아무튼 요거트같은 복숭아 뉘앙스가 잔잔하게 쌓이는건 좋은데 너무 나무껍데기 핥는 쓴맛이 심함. 근데 시간지나니까 좀 더 괜찮아 지는거 같기도 하고?

Outstanding! Slight funk in nose and body with a solid oak background and nice woodiness. Fruit flavors of cantaloupe and melon help build and hold the palate nicely. A hint of pepper that got a little more apparent as it warmed up. Really good. 4.5
