A bit disappointing at first on nose & taste but finally goes well after some sips 👍, that's dusty and wet wood mainly, some sourness & bitterness, drunk side to side with 2010 😋

Dec 1 date. Another odd bottle from late 2014. Some diaper funk in the nose. High acidity, bitterness, somewhat flat carb and mouthfeel distract but it’s still super interesting with some bright lemon/lime zest coming in heavy.

#CheckInMoreThanOnce | Downgrade (-0.30). A little too much funk for my taste. I missed the typical Geuze notes (citrus, apple, wood). But that's just my personal perception. Grazie Salvatore L.

Proper basket & glassware😁 Apricot light funk nose, light stone fruit & basil thin body. Very mellow dryish and goes down ez.

My least favorite of the four 375s. Didn’t really pop and became a bit of a chore to finish. Still solid.

31 Jan 2014 75cl. Sweet orchard fruit mixed with a strong pickled character with some herb. A bold and kinda strange one. Some orange peel on the finish.

24 Sept 375. Same kinda plastic/rubber taste I’ve been getting from other old Cantillon (and only old Cantillon). Still good. Burned orange, lots of carb for cantillon.

Sept 24 2014 bottle date. This bottle has some heavy notes of “unkind time”, sad. After allowing the glass to open and breath some classic Cantillon funk notes appear but unfortunately still a shell of a healthy bottle.

1 Dec 2014 375ml. Rather sharp for Cantillon, with a tomatoey vinegar character. Nice river rock mineral character too. Not Cantillon at its best but still a nice drink.

10-Sep-'14, 75cl. Really musty nose. Barely carbed. Damp basement funk and maybe some faint apple peel on the palate. Showing a weird acidity, like back of the throat burning. Sad.

750 mL from April 23, 2014. A disappointing bottle. Was primarily aged at a controlled 55 degree temp, and already starting to get into that oxidized dessert wine category. Bummer.
