Notes of raspberry, strawberry, cherries and Brett. Taste is highly acidic with the red fruits dominating the character. High viscosity with a slightly funky aftertaste. Maybe lacking a bit of complexity?? But amazing beer overall ❤️

Robe rouge bordeaux pale. Grosse mousse rosâtre éphémère. Nez : framboise fraîche et pépin, un peu boisé et cuir, léger rustique. Carbo moyenne et présente. Bouche : framboise, pépin, acide, vineuse, cuir, un peu de funk et du bois. Longueur sur framboise

Heavy raspberry on the nose . To taste, raspberry but leaning on the acidic side. Luckily it doesn’t go into vinegar, so it’s still a win from me.

C'est bon et super riche pour une bière si légère, nonobstant je soupçonne un marketing un peu trop hype pour cette brasserie. Cela dit, ça reste vraiment top tier quand même ! C'est la folie un peu hein !
