LCI It’s a bit more tarty than the one on draft. Still very good, but with less drinkability.

Nucleate 2022. Tart nose. Yeasty, floral, fruity forward. Oaky, woosy, sour flavors. Berry, floral yeasty finish. Great sour.

Sweet pale malt backbone, soueish grainy wheat, funky (brett - minimal) yeast, fruity (raspberry (3)), dilluted raspberry soda, subtle vinous (red wine) and vinegar mix, light tartness, light sourness (lactic acid)

With my weird raspberry allergy, this isn't the best idea. But hey, it's Cantillon. Low aroma, not extremely puckering. Starts corny and dry, then the raspberry and some chocolate.

Beautiful aroma of fresh ripe raspberries, raspberry jam & real fruit candy, gentle bread dough, soft funk, smooth tartness; Taste: smooth carbonation, medium light body, pleasant levels of tartness, very refreshing with loads of ripe & tart raspberries

Super interesting to have this reasonably fresh. Lambic Framboise like this could change my mind about raspberries in beer. Lovely, vibrant, jammy. Low complexity at this stage but still enjoyable.
