Raspberry and leather, moderately sour with a lemony tartness. I'm getting a mysterious note of the sea on the nose, but no salinity. Light bodied and very bubbly. The Funk is quite noticeable, but it has been aged for a year too.

Nooo dysonans mocno. W zapachu wyraźny ocet, malina z krzaka, ziemistość taka (?) Dziwne. W smaku ściągające, dość kwaśne, rześkie i... ocet. Kurde inaczej zapamiętałem poprzednie roczniki, to jakieś takie całościowo mniej fajnie poskładane, za młode?

This particular bottle was almost undrinkable. Very vinegary tart, and overwhelmingly musty and a bit metallic. Purchased and consumed at a good bar so don’t think they stored it incorrectly. Perhaps infected batch?

24/09/2023, 75cl-fles. Eerste slok is ontzettend zuur. Nadat het wat heeft kunnen ademen, beter. Geur is behoorlijk mild, met slechts een lichte zweem van framboos en rode besjes. In de smaak vooral geuze en kers, framboos niet echt. Mss te oud gedronken

Poging 2, maar blijf toch bij mijn eerste indruk. Zuur en fruitig, rode bessen en framboos. Maar ook iets aardachtigs, vooral in de smaak. Doet denken aan rode biet.
