Friday night socialising beer 2: Nice, sweet, ripened raspberry, some vanilla, oak. Quite simplistic but absolutely beautifully done.

Raspberry funk still carries! Not that harsh. Vanilla. Juicy.

Drinking nicely. Acidity is balanced and the fruit is very pronounced in the aroma. Taste has crushed raspberry and stoney qualities. Dry mildly bitter finish. 4.2

Way tarter than last time I've had it. Still very good but quiet acetic and aggressive, not for the faint of heart. Yet those raspberries are delicious!

Tried June 5th 2023 after 9y in my cellar. Amazing flavor and aroma still with loads of fruit. Very soft and delicate, not too sour at all.
