I normally lean towards non fruited lambic but this beer was fantastic. Deep berry flavor without the sweetness. Big funky musty base beer shines through and melds with the fruit very well.

Drinking nicely. Acidity is balanced and the fruit is very pronounced in the aroma. Taste has crushed raspberry and stoney qualities. Dry mildly bitter finish. 4.2

Way tarter than last time I've had it. Still very good but quiet acetic and aggressive, not for the faint of heart. Yet those raspberries are delicious!

Friday night socialising beer 2: Nice, sweet, ripened raspberry, some vanilla, oak. Quite simplistic but absolutely beautifully done.
