Sour tart etc... but smoother, rounder. Apricot tones surfacing in bubble. Aged nicely. (Bias alert!)

Wow one of the best lambic beers I've ever had. Strong flavour of apricots and slightly sour. The taste is really mindblowing

Everything that I could want in a wild apricot beer. First Cantillon beer to boot. Could taste every part of the fruit and the acidity wasn’t overpowering or vinegary.

Splendid, certainly fairly acidic compared to fresh, apricots haven't fallen off all that much. Plenty of peppery funk has developed in the interim.

Brilliant champagnelike carbonation. Full body. Heavily packed with fruit flavors, apricots mostly, oaky and just the right funkiness. Long dry finish, slightly puckering with apricots lingering in the back of my tongue. Probaby the no 1.

Shcoked the years in my cellar have actually improved this. Still strong apricots but so much funk and hay, great.

29Aug2016. Cork-heavy aroma. Very muted flavor. Won't drop the rating. Fruit is mostly gone.

4.75* An absolute treat from Cantillon. All the sourness you’d want from a lambic but with the sweetness provided by the subtle apricot it balances out in the finish. So good.
