Lambic - Fruit

Bottled 19 January 2022. A collaboration between Cantina Giardino & Cantillon. A blend with the pomace of Aglianico grapes and 3-year-old Lambic. Before being blended with the Lambic, the grapes underwent a 3-month pellicular maceration in chestnut barrels.

막 최고는 아닌 그런데 견과류 캐릭터는 확실한.견과류가 푹 꺼지고 그 담에 고소한 뉘앙스가 느껴지는 포도 껍데기 향이 풀풀 남. 처음 먹었읆댄 혀에 닿는 탄산감이 엄청 쎄서 아이코 이게 뭐야 했는데 먹다보니 탄산감은 또 안느껴짐. 뭔가...뭔가임...잘 몰게씀...3.75-4.25

Subtle funk, peppery, citrus fruits, lemon and lime, redcurrant. Clear, dark reddish, small, frothy, reddish head. Light sour. Sour citrus fruits, lemon and lime, redcurrant, cherries, funky oak, very subtle, soft carb, full bod. Very nice, subtle.
