포도, 체리, 석류느낌의 달달함 포도향과 쿰쿰한 향이 섞이니 참 좋네. 프루티함. 산미는 살짝 약하고 입 안에서 부서지는 느낌은 좋음

Fruity red wine, oak, subtle red grape juice, red berries, citrus notes. Slightly hazy, dark reddish, small, frothy, off-white head. Light sour. Sour red berries, subtle red wine, red grapes, soft carb, full bod. Very nice, complex,well-balanced.

Like last time: super wine-forward. Even too much. Anyway the lambic is clean and bright. Sour cherries and tannins with wooden background. Acidity and sour need to came out still. Let’s see how will age. 4.20
