Like a normal lambic aroma at first, but now more towards whisky. Acidic, funky, followed by whisky flavour.

Thanks Chuck for the impromptu share! This beer has led an interesting life - how do you think the lambic felt when it found itself in a blackened barrel with the devils cut seeping out of the wood…. it needs another 3y of bottle conditioning therapy
