Jeudi 14 avril Cantillon je le rate en dernier mais ça a été bu assez tôt. C’est LA bière de la journée. Le whiskey était tellement beau. Bien ronde. Belle acidité c’est fou qu’on ait eu la chance de goûter ça. En espérant qu’il en reste demain 🤞🏻

21 avril Cantillon. Roberto a confirmé qu’il n’en restait plus beaucoup. Et hop, une autre. La fin de cette bière, tempérée est hors de ce monde. C’est insane.

21 avril Cantillon. Je m’étais ennuyée sans le savoir. Calme, presque personne. Toujours aussi bon cette bière le whiskey est tellement bien intégré.

Geweldige overweldigende smaak. De combinatie met vatrijping op whisky vaten met zuur bier is helemaal fantastisch. Zuur, warm, vol, hout en heel subtiele toon karamel. Wat een meesterwerk. Edit: tonen van anijs

Peat, smoke, sherry with some nuttiness. Not much booze, tons of flavor. Exceptional bottle.

Bouteille de la soirée pour moi! Incroyable nez, en bouche c’est rond, côtè caramel, texture légèrement huileuse amené par la barrique, on goûte le whisky â la perfection ! Un gros OUI !!!!

Absolutely fantastic. Vie Jr but in a different direction. As it warmed was more and more spur woody notes, with some spirit as well. Drinks like a geuze with a tiny addition of Speyside whisky. Surprise of the day

Excellent. Very smooth on the back, a bit more oaky than the typical Cantillon gueuze and maybe tastes a bit older than it is?
