Quite similar to their normal lambic with some more bitterness in the back.

Deze beetje meer pit, funk en verassend genoeg ook (tamelijk aanwezig) wat peper. Niet echt spicy, maar wel opvallend. Kan me op zich wel bekoren

Bright tart nose. Touch of vinegar. Smoother on the tongue. Tart fruit.

Very wine forward. Sweet white grapes give this lambic a very unique edge. Quite the rare treat!

Sweet grape, vinous,sweet oak, citrus fruits, subtle funk. Slightly hazy gold, tiny, frothy, white head. Light sour. Subtly sour citrus fruits, lemon, lime, vinous, white grape, sour, sweet oak, soft carb,full bod. Outstanding, very well-balanced, smooth.

flat, a little thick, juicy, candied grapes, bitter tannic aftertaste. didn't enjoy it that much this time

not quite a fan of Lambics in general but this one has a lot of potential. give it 2-3 more years and see what happens. definite Muscat note which blends in well with the Cantillon flavour profile. but not quite there yet.

När Kju bjuder på en blind vet man aldrig om man ska sätta så högt som möjligt eller så lågt som möjligt😂😅🤷♂️ Nu var det dock en relativt bra öl och jag satte för lågt så blev varnad.
