#4 of 7 (first pour) of Into The Wine- some nice funk on this- but just ok

Best of the "into the wine tasting" for now, maybe less interesting than the others but way more centered as a lambic and as a beer itself. So much from the wine but also its own character.

Citrusy, light pear green apple notes, slight vinegary touch. Nice

Cantillon/Moeder into the wine event. Great start. Grape forward, minerality, pleasant dry finish

Mineraly, light, sweet white grapes, smooth, vanilla, great stuff, balanced acidity, slight grape skins, white raisins

4.4 - a young slightly abrasive lambic gets nicely balanced out by the mineraly herbal sweetness of the grapes. The acidicity and sweetness blend into a strepsils but in a nice way lol

Wine-forward with lambic soul. Mineral, dry, some kind of Champagne carbonation. Grape pomace pressed and dried. Straight stuff excellently drinkable.

Numero uno van de tasting. De bijbehorende wijn heeft een hoog champagne gehalte wat nooit mijn ding zal zijn. De lambiek is verder prima

First check-in (after Max), LOL. Special beer released only at Nuetnigenough for Quintessence 2022. So fresh, lush, juicy.
