Korralik hape, aga mõnusalt puuviljaselt magusust ka juures. Väga viinamarjane, väga hea mahlasus, mõnus maalähedus maitse lõpuosas. See pruulikoda ikka oskab üllatada ja areneda.

Surprisingly, this was probably my favorite of the day. The funk and vinous character came through really nicely. Also, the tasting room guy was the best

Grapes, tart, lemon, apple. Vinous. Light sour, then light sweet. Gentle in the mouth. The more you drink it and the more you feel sweetness. Medium carbonation. Sad when it finishes.

15 avril. Salle Ogivale Tasting Moeder. Wow ça commence bien. Une de mes préférés de tout le voyage. C’était frais, citron, poire, acidité moyenne et longueur agréable. Chris et Jean, team de feu pour animer cette déguste.

Not 100% sure we weren't served the old vintage as it seems damn close to it, but again, loving this very much. Buttery Chardonnay upfront while leaving space for the base and accentuating the sesame notes, vinous finish, so delicious. One of my late favs
