The bottle variation on these must be all over the place. Unfortunately not nearly as great as the Quintessence bottle pour I got. A bit too vinegary/acidic, but the OG Lam is there in the background.

Apparemment très différent selon les verres. Pour ma part assez équilibré et vineux avec quand je même un goût de bouchon omniprésent. Pas désagréable cependant.

Late check in Quintessence No ranking for this since there was so much bottle variation. Some were still very fruity and complex, with some the cellar flavor took over. All in all great if you got a good bottle and very interesting to try.
