Incredibile Champagne exploit 💥

Very mild/light, but lovely. Grapy champagne notes with the nice yeasty aftertaste. Great, but subtle. Could do with a bit more oompf, but its awesome.

Crisp, dry, smooth, subtle, delicious.

So dry, and straight up. Lovely example of how beer and grapes work

Hazy yellow with small white head. Juicy, vinous, some oranges, puckering, nice intensive sourness.

A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc wine and 2 year old lambic. A collab with Domsine Tariant. Loved it.

750mL bottle, 2021 cork, at Ma Che Siete, May 2, 2024. Clear, bright hay-maize-golden. Instantly-fizzling head leaves a tiny ring. Bright and juicy grape with excellent Brett and lactic acidity. Funky, not phenomenally so, with malt depth.

Oh my god this got better. Best beer of the trip so far?

Deeply funky, cheesy. Lactic acid taste and feeling in throat. Drying on palate. Lingering winey vinegar taste got just a touch too strong as it sat. Woody barrel aroma emerged too. Super complex, offering something new on each sip. A star Cantillon!
