A bit acetic for me. Rough edges from American wild ales. Lovely to be able to try this.

Bottle at the source. Clear golden yellow color, white head that settles to an edge. Aroma of dusty funk. Taste is deep damp basement, earthy funk. Holy cow. Delicious

Oak aroma with lambic aroma. Acidic, slightly sweet. Dry and funky.

This must rest before one dives into it. Original aroma might be a bit off putting, but tastes nothing like the first sniff. I’m really liking how this improves after resting.
