Viktigaste va å så fort som muligt ordna det sånn at Bjørn isje har hatt ein årgang som eg isje har hatt (men den fyssta an hadde, i Italia, e fra ei litt tidligare flasking😔). Litt mindre fruktige og sånt enn 2016 og 2018. Lysare farge. (20 March 2017.)

27 November 2017. 2017, season 17/18, CN. Lidå flaska denne gongen. Isje så møje udvikling. Friske, sure, karbonerte.

Kriek goed te proeven, vooral ook het houtige van de pit. Zeer zacht van smaak

15Feb2017. Pretty disappointing, TBH. Unripe/vegetal cherry, subtle acidity, zero funk, zero noyaux spice and short finish. Slight balsamic notes. One of the more surprising(ly meh) Cantillon bottles I've had.

Acidic, vinegar. Smooth soft lambic, gentle cherry presence. Really rich. Dry, red currantlike sourness. Wow, this aged awesomely!
