Beautifully integrated cherry and funk. Always a treat and I'd say even better with a few years on it. That was a great afternoon of beer, cheers everyone!

Fruity woody cherries, soft hay like funk, quite acidic including some acetic, intense carbonation, great complexity and easy drinking. Holding up well!

Dziko, wiśniowo bardzo, skórkowe. W ustach funky lekko, kwasik na średnim poziomie bez octu, wiśnie, trochę piwnicy, sporo cierpkości, taniczne, mocno skórkowe. Aj ta cierpka skórka zawsze na propsie

happy Zwanze day! Lovely sour cherry aroma with hints of almond from cherry pits and oak. Sour cherry flavour is much more muted than fresh making way for mature lambic with bold complex acidity but well balanced with earthy brett funk and oak

Figured I should commemorate Zwanze day with something while really hoping we're all in a much better place next year. 2017-01-12 bottling, tart cherry and oak profile, light funk, delightful all around.

This is why cellaring beer is fun. Deep bakers spice. Lovely cherry presence. Funky without being overly acidic. A perfect beer for zwanze day.

Only drank this fresh, aged it really is a complex delight! Musty, funky notes have taken over the cherries - glorious! Cheers!

Raising a glass to Brussels, having been due there this weekend. Fuck Covid. Drink Cantillon. This is as good as it always is. Funky. Mouldy. Apples. Cherry. Dry. Straw. Sharp. Layers upon layers. A beauty.
