This is Cantillon, but not as we know it Jim. Is this the real deal? Sweeter than usual vintages, not the typical Cantillon sour edge, or mouth feel for that matter. Hopefully I can get to the brewery next year to try the real thing.

Het is niet helemaal bier, lijkt meer op prosecco. Hoge rating is mij een raadsel.

Young and restless. Lively and vibrant. This is pure sharp agression, will probably take a few years to mellow. It pries your tasted buds wide open and leaves no survivors. Mega sharp, woody, barnyardy, green apples. Violent like the sunrise.

This is beautifully alive and kicking. Agressive. It simply won't go down without a fight. Gorgeous bright blinding tartness, with floral and subtle herbal aromas. Oaky and lemony flavors. Always a winner on my book.

20 septembre 2020, beaucoup trop jeune, un rapprochement avec le vinaigre !!! C'est dommage mais en vieillissant, elle devrai se développer agréablement !!!
