柑橘香やほんのりとその花のアロマ、フレッシュながらほどほどの酸味にミネラル、青い柑橘とほんのりホップ感。フレッシュだから酸っぱいのかと思ったけど存外飲みやすい。ランビックはいいな〜一部のカスい自然派ワインみたいにマメらないし。

LCI Un nez légèrement funky, végétal et mentholé. En bouche, en dehors d'une acidité franche, vineuse, acétique, sans excès, on retrouve cette même fraicheur légère herbacée, comme mentholée, avec des notes boisées modérées. C'est assez unique.
