Very tart, but one you get past that, some great complexity — a little toasty perhaps

Very fresh rhubarb, good carbonation, balanced astringency, dry finish.

That's lovely. Nice rhubarb presence, dry, yeasty funk with a lingering aftertaste.

Quite gentle on the palate. There should be rhubarb, but I only find out by reading it. More than pleasant.

Rhubarb lambic. Earthy fruity rhubarb 👌🏼 works perfectly with the light sourness and dryness

Incredibly unique & complex flavours. Hard to even describe. Rhubard definitely there.
