Dit is de versie met rabarber en die is ook erg lekker. Beetje aparte lambic. Geen dominant fruit zoals bij de kriek. Dit smaakt meer zoals de traditionele gueuze, maar dan met een extra laagje frisheid. Wordt beter met elke slok

Quite a lot of minerality in it’s youthful state. Not quite ready for drinking or rating IMO.

Wild, rustic, and mild. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied. The malt flavor shows biscuity and bread-like characters. Smooth acidity. A bit watery though. Hmm…

Incredibly unique & complex flavours. Hard to even describe. Rhubard definitely there.
