Funky farmhouse nose and a splash of rhubarb, phenomenal balance of acidity, sweet and sour with pronounced rhubarb and slight lemon, balanced finish, more balanced than most of the lambics I’ve had, second to Fou, delicious, thanks Bebo

Hammer, sehr sehr lecker! Klassisches Lambic, aber sehr ausgewogen und tatsächlich hart trinkbar 🤩👌 Beim Trinken kommt der Rhabarber gut raus.
