Tasting at The Rake. This still smells quite fresh and grassy – and a little barnyardy on the nose in fact – but it's come together really well in the mouth. It already feels a little more mellow* than when I had this at The Bear (when I was).

Ça faisait un moment que je n'avais pas dégusté une Cantillon relativement "jeune". Plus sur les agrumes (citron, orange), fraîche, bright. Un peu de fromage mais pas trop funky. Boisée, sèche.

Cantillon on draft just isn’t something one finds often… this is great, just a delicious funky treat that hits the gueuze notes I expect. It does feel a bit less bright than I had kinda wanted, maybe a result of being so fresh? Still quite good.

顏色好漂亮哦！！香氣很funky，但味道是非常明亮的那種酸，酸到感覺它有在刺我的口腔黏膜，一路刺激到入喉以後，在口腔只殘留一點櫻桃或李子味，跟很tart的尾韻。是體驗非常好的一支放久一點之後出現了蜂蜜味！我今天聞什麼都像蜂蜜味奇怪
