Damn. So much acidity. So bright, but fruity! Love the structure. Smooth. Getting apricot & wild cherry. Dry as a bone. Super funky yeast. Sour AF. Thanks Tim S. !

Der er en grund til at Cantillon er blandt eliten inden for sure øl. Den er sur som at bide i et grønt æble, men den er også sød som røde bær. Balancen er rigtigt godt ramt. Det er min første øl fra bryggeriet, men nok ikke den sidste.

Dry, bright grapefruit zest, aspirin like mouthfeel. Keg pour had a great fluffy head that was looser than bottle typically. Great betweener.
