A real special one from Cantillon, what a beer this is, a lovely lambic with a mainly sour juicy undertone, a nice tart mouthfeel oozing with wheaty goodness. A great example of a spontaneous fermentation brew🍺🔥

Wow this is a wild ride. For some reason it’s only ¥1000 here which seems like a steal? Sweet, sour, funky - it’s a great gueuze so if you’re into those sorts of things I’d grab a bottle.

Plus acidulé un peu que dans mon souvenir, mais je trouve que ça sert bien le style quand c’est dosé ainsi. Ce funk 👌
