Ingen dato. Ung, fin mengde sitron, grønne eple og snev av funk. Håpte faktisk på at den skulle være frisk/lett drikkelig som nokre andre ferske nyere batcher har vært (har da manglet funk). Solid fersk batch dette.

👌🏽 The first Cantillon I've had where the cork was wet on top after taking the cap off. Bubbles...

Beautiful beer. Tart, smallest amount of funk / hay but really dominated by the acidity

Forgot to log this earlier. Amazing to see Cantillon on tap! This was on tap, the bottle is purely for the pic as the pump clip was handwritten. A great brew with lemon approaching sherbet lemon.

Yesterday backlog A classic, pretty young, predominant apple 🍏, pretty tart, a tad funk, all good 👌

Sour funk nose. Lively carb. Slightly acetic but not overly sour. Delicate funk and wood. Little one dimensional, slightly too full. Looking fwd to reading this after my next one in a year or two.

Sour nose but not on the tastebuds... pretty sure that one will be even more awesome when aged a few more years

I did not have drinking Cantillon at a Polish bar on my 2023 bingo card. So good.

Yllättävän kevyt. Hapan ja viinimäinen. Onhan tämä maukasta herkkua, mutta yllättävänkin suoraviivanen ja helppo. Sais olla funkympikin.

Full of fruit, very round head. Subtle hay-ish flavor that comes onward with a great, subtle length. Almost a tiny bit too sweet, but overall : Cantillon stays faithful to its league.

A nice 375ml bottle of a tasty Cantillon in a very ye olde traditional wooden bar. A great setting and a great beer. Fruity, spritzy grape lambic.
