11-20-17. Still a lot of fruit, but obviously has dissipated some. Low to moderate acidity which is nice on an aged RdG, but not much funk/depth.

3 of 10 courses. Cabbage, radicchio, fennel, lime, blood orange. And the beer the brewery bought the keg just for the dinner!

2015vs2017: meer schuim, zelfde kleur. Heel zacht van smaak, overduidelijke frambozen zuren in de afdronk. Appeltjes zurig. Verwarmend. Op en top frambozen.

From the weekend. Absolutely fantastic. Still jamz but with soft balanced acidity and funk.

One of the better aged raspberry beers I’ve had. Sweet and sour raspberries. Lively carbonation. Cheesy funk. Quite sour but the right kind and well rounded by some earthiness and nuttiness.

Quality control. Low-medium acidity, fleshy raspberry more present in aroma than flavor, subtle tannins, veggie broth.

Wouldn’t normally casually solo a Cantillon, but got this as a proxy ty beer, and was leaky on arrival. Not really safe to bring to a bottleshare. Tastes fine.

Funky, woody, raspberry, dry, beautiful for the style. From my beer trading friend Jose R. who passed away a couple of years, rest in peace brother, hope the beers are flowing wherever you are.

A foamy pour with this still very much alive beer. Deliciously tart and bursting full of raspberry fruit. Nice funky finish. This aged spectacularly.
